I found this to be a most informative source. Probably more information then most folks want but if you scroll down to the bottom there are PDF files for making your own extract, tincture etc. The price of Salvia products has gone up greatly over the past couple years and I find making my own much more economical and personally satisfying in "enhancing" the quality of my relationship with this spirit.
